Over the break we set up a workflow that we believe will make the art more organized.
Playing to everyone's strengths, we've set up an assembly line.
Characters:
1. Everyone will do designs.
2. Once designs are finished, they will come to me. I will then redraw them in one style.
3. Once the redraws are finished, they will go to Dan. He and I will use Illustrator to color everything.
4. Once that is done, we will separate out the parts (if needed) and move on to Damean. He will be in charge of animation and I will help as much as possible.
5. Once that is finished it will go into the game.
Level:
1. Kelly will do main designing and modeling
2. Will bring to me and discuss
3. Fixes will be implemented if needed
4. Move on to texturing
5. Repeat step 3 if needed
6. Assets go into game.
I have a good feeling about this process, but only time and experience will tell us if it works.

Brainstorming and Concepting
We've moved on to our second round of brainstorming, and now that we have a good idea of what our next pitch will be, the concept art begins.
Here is what I have drawn up so far for our main hero, "Fat Knight"
